P.F. Chang’s

P.F. Chang’s is an Asian restaurant concept founded on making food from scratch—every day, in every restaurant. Created in 1993 by Philip Chiang and Paul Fleming, the franchise celebrates the art of wok cooking, placing this 2,000-year tradition at the center of the guest experience.

 I’ve been working on the brand’s creative team for over two years now. When I first started, P.F. Chang’s was in the middle of a huge refresh, with the goal of shaping an entirely new restaurant experience. From the innovative theatre-at-the-table dishes to a complete restaurant renovation, today the brand feels high-end, trendy, and like guests have stepped right off the plane into a cutting-edge Asian concept. My job has been to keep that experience moving in all the franchise’s menus, murals, and more.
